FESPAD Conference: Creative Economy, Perspectives...
The FESPAD is a cultural exchange to promote peace. The artists are the best ambassadors of our country. And the art represents a significant sector in economic development. Unfortunately, in Africa, culture seems like hobby, only. Therefore, for this edition, FESPAD wants to open its horizon with an international conference.
